Random Acts of Publicity

I’m a little late to the game, but I found out through Inkygirl that this week is Random Acts of Publicity Week, a week aimed at reviewing and promoting your friends’ books — especially when you’ve kept meaning to and haven’t ever gotten around to it.

The week is Darcy Pattison‘s idea, and there’s even a Facebook event you can join to show your support. Now is a prime time for review writing, as people will begin to do their Christmas shopping, so do your bit and take a few minutes to help your lovely friends out.

For more information about it all, I think Inkygirl‘s post is the best reference point.

And if you’ve always wanted to write a review but haven’t known where to start, over on Ergofiction as we recently published the ideal article for you — How to Review.

About A.M. Harte

A.M. Harte writes twisted speculative fiction, such as the post-apocalyptic Above Ground and the zombie love anthology Hungry For You. She is excellent at missing deadlines, has long forgotten what ‘free time’ means, and is utterly addicted to chocolate.
